Job Description :
- Formulating & implementing strategies and reaching out to unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion; setting short & long term budgets for achieving business goals
- Monitoring budgets and accordingly effectuating business plans to attain business growth
- Bringing out USP of all products and reaching out to unexplored market segments and coordinating with channel/ distribution partners/ retailers to penetrate these segments
- Steered the category business for; managing end-to-end operations from sales, merchandising till service delivery; conducting negotiation for the materials keeping in mind various factors which drive price including market dynamics of demand & supply
- Analyzing products movement trends through customer feedback and taking corrective actions
- Directing marketing activities across the channel of distribution and coordinating product promotions & other events
- Managing distributor centric operations, attending to their concerns and maintaining cordial relations for mutual
- Steering the supply chain operations; identifying & developing potential vendors for right sourcing, achieving cost effective purchases of materials and developing long-term partnerships
- Developing relations with buyers for price/ terms of delivery negotiation for cost effective logistics solutions; monitoring dispatch of finished goods without delay
