Job Summary :

- The incumbent shall be responsible for leading the sales and marketing functions for Projects business of the organization. The incumbent shall lead Sales and proposal teams to spearhead innovative initiatives to improve market penetration and manage business development, sales, and proposals for new Hydro and modernization projects based across India and APAC regions.

- Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, global teams, and support in driving the OU performance.

Professional Education & Experience

- BE in Mechanical

- Preferably MBA in Marketing & Sales

- 25 years of experience in Heavy Engineering/ Electrical power generation equipment manufacturing companies in which at least 10 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

- Identify, define, and drive sales and marketing objectives ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

- Conduct market research, analyze customer requirements, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for new hydro projects or new market expansion strategies.

- Responsible for budget preparation and variance analysis.

- Strong knowledge of technical and commercial bids, project costing, and pricing.

- Work closely with the other OUs, Global team, and internal departments to meet customer expectations and organization goals.
