Vice President - Sales & Marketing - Engineering Services

Essentials:

- 5+ years experience in sales and marketing of engineering services in the US market.

- Engineering background with excellent people skills.

- Proven skills in Business Development,

- Hands-on sales management, and Leadership.

Designation: VP - Sales and Marketing (Engineering Services Division)

Job Location: Mumbai or Pune

Experience : 10+ years in Engineering Services Sales (5+ in the US market)

Qualification: BE or MBA, with a total experience of 20+ years

Reports to: CEO

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and track record, plus a strong bonus incentive package tied to performance targets

Job Duties:

- Leading and managing the team of BDM's for hunting and farming US based customers in various verticals for engineering services.

- Defining and executing the sales and marketing strategy for rapid growth in the US market.

- Leading and managing the marketing activities (in-bound marketing team and inside sales team, each headed by a functional manager who will report to the VP-Sales and Marketing)

- Building and managing relationships with CXO level executives at key customer accounts.

- Leading strategic sales and account management for large deals in engineering services with US customers
