Vice President - Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales and marketing teams, setting clear goals and objectives.
Sales Management:
- Overview and develop the strategies for secondary Channel sales, Franchise sales, PSUs tie-ups, Brand collaborations & OEM tie-ups, Corporate sales including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Marketing Management:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on market insights, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
