Opportunity for VP Sales for a Leading Flexible office space leasing company.
Sales Leadership:
- Own the P&L for the business and lead the Sales function pan India
- Lead and manage a team of ambitious sales leads across the country to drive key metrics/ABP for the business
- Improve sales team productivity by implementing strong processes and identifying and driving productivity improvement projects
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the RE market, the competitive landscape and industry trends
- Lead the Managed Office vertical expansion across the country leading conversations with both landlords and prospective clients
- Leverage data analytics to identify areas of improvement and implement actionable strategies
Revenue Management:
- Implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates etc.
- Design and implement strategies to deliver sustainable and profitable growth for the business across business verticals
- Assist and close high ticket complex transactions and support in business expansion plans
Marketing:
- Accountable for driving engagement and leads that deliver MQL and subsequently SQL
- Create and implement scalable processes and best practices for better lead and campaign management
- Build and execute GTM across the portfolio and optimize spends across channels to maximize returns
