Founder has 20+ years of experience in the industry across the US, Asia and India.

Looking For: an action and results oriented Sales Leader with proven experience of around 8-10 years in Enterprise Software, Real Estate and Construction software solutions. You have an innate ability to manage a large number of prospects simultaneously and have hands on experience in C-level presentations.

- You are an over achieving sales professional. You will be responsible for developing the sales strategy along with the top management to blanket the industry and set new benchmarks for the business.

- You will strategically build your team, identify the best technology options for sales and marketing and sell corporate solutions to the target set in Real Estate and Construction industries.

- You strive to meet and exceed projections.

What you will do:

- You will understand the business flows, get fully conversant with the software being developed

- Prospect relentlessly with the identified target set of Top 200 Real Estate and Construction companies to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with the prospects

- Close new business consistently at or above quota level

- Develop and execute on a strategic plan

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams

- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help build the company into a powerhouse.
