- Proposal generation and accurate estimation of effort
- Data Generation: Generate data bank through primary and secondary means. Identification, analysis & Study of relevant industries & sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest on a Global Scale
- Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share
- Establish and achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives.
- Lead formulation of the overall sales and marketing plan and operating budget for PeopleStrong.
- Lead and develop the Sales team to support sales strategies and to deliver exceptional, profitable sales growth and results. Recommend, obtain buy-in and implement any changes needed to align the Sales efforts with PeopleStrong's overall strategy.
- Develop and implement sales training tools and processes, including tactical pricing models and business opportunity analysis models.
- Track, manage and communicate sales forecasts and results.
- Determine and implement the most appropriate sales market structures to achieve revenue goals, secure new business opportunities and win customers.
- Develop strong ties with key customers and key accounts and be proactive in understanding the trends and issues likely to impact the market
- Drive the implementation of front end customer strategies, including identifying and involving key customers in product development
- Advise on sales directions, competitors and market trends, including technology trends.
CTQs
- Over 15 years of proven experience in Sales with 5 years of experience in leading the Sales team independently
- Minimum 4 years- experience in selling SAAS based product OR HR Services
- Relevant experience in HRO Market with demonstrated sales management success in goal achievement and a vision of future sales, marketing will be a plus
- Should be well connected and networked in the HRO Industry.
- Must be able to use thin sales team effectively in successfully executing against these plans.
- Working closely with the management team, this individual will serve as an important spokesperson in advancing PeopleStrong's image and reputation with strategic customers.
- This individual will exhibit enthusiasm, zeal and a strong business ethics based on honesty and integrity.
