We are hiring VP HR for Mumbai location for our insurance client
- Strong HR BP Experience
- Should have handled large HR teams
- Defining the HR strategy, setting high standard principles and providing likely solutions. Providing pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues.
- Strategically plan human resource strategies in support of organizational goals
- Manage organizational change to increase employee satisfaction and productivity
- Identify opportunities for improving, developing and conserving human resources
- Raising proactive issues with manager, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.
- Demonstrate ability to use data and statistics to solve real-world HR problems
- Structure competitive compensation packages, and measure their success
Minimum Experience- 15 yrs PLUS
Insurance experience is must
CTC- INR 50-60 LPA INCLUDING VARIABLE
Full-Time MBA is a must
