Vice President - Sales
Our Client is a mid size Manufacturer and there product has presence globally,
They are looking for a Senior Vice President Sales professional who should have hands of experience in Sales who can deal especially in Government Sector / Defense & Big Private Sector
Job Role :- The job involves of Internal Strategic Deployment and guiding sales team, for Company's products viz Industrial Gate, Globe, Check, Ball valves etc,
- to develop Market , source right prospects, establish contacts with the key stake holders in prospect's organization, influencers like EPC, Technology providers/ consultants/ process licensors.
- Collect, collate data and analyze the same to study industry / market trends for decision making for countering competition.
- Managing key accounts across in the given geography by establishing strong network of channel partners, agents, key consultants, and respective government departments.
- Conducting effective negotiations for penetrating Govt. Sector Projects funded by ADB, WB and JICA, as well as assisting large Govt. projects across domestic / international markets,
- building PoCs, defining Business Case, Benefits & Roadmap Planning Monitoring the customer code creation process for all channel partners post comprehensive checklist of compliance, coordinating with legal and regulatory team for necessary approvals in place ,
- Directing and coordinating the budgeting activities including budget formulation, monitoring, forecasting, presentation & trainings Conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of products & services
- Working closely with all stakeholders to develop strategies for individual accounts, consultants, channels, and end-users
- Analysing business potential, driving system/ processes of organization, formulating strategies to drive sales, augment turnover & achieve desired targets
- Identifying & networking with vendors & partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improving the business by streamlining processes,
- Planning & scheduling individual / team assignments to achieve pre-set targets within quality and cost parameters
- Directing marketing/ business activities across the channel of distribution; devising plans & follow-ups for ensuring smooth distribution of products in assigned territory .
