Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. Quess Food Services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the F&B business, large-scale catering, commissary operations, food retail, and QSR businesses. The person should be an expert in Selling Food Services, think out of the box to grow the business 5X, and have industry knowledge with insights on upcoming trends. The incumbent must have expertise in handling a large Sales Team across multiple geographies

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1.Industry Expertise:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Large Catering, F&B Business, Commissary, Food Retail, and QSR businesses.

- Extensive experience in the Hotel, Food Services, or Facility Management industry.

2.Sales Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a large sales team across multiple geographies.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

- Utilize Salesforce, MS 360, and other tools for efficient sales management.

3.Business Growth:

- Think creatively and strategically to identify opportunities for business expansion.

- Set ambitious targets and work towards growing the business 5X.

4.Industry Connections:

- Leverage existing industry connections in Education Institutes, Corporates, Healthcare, and Manufacturing Industries.

- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive business development.

5.Trend Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.

- Provide insights on emerging trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

6.Out-of-the-Box Thinking:

- Foster a culture of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking within the sales team.

- Encourage creative solutions to meet customer needs and differentiate Quess Food Services in the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in Sales, with a focus on the Food Services industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong industry connections and a deep understanding of the Food and Beverage sector.

Skills:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive business growth.

- Proficiency in using Salesforce, MS 360, and other sales tools.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
