One of the leading FMCD players is looking for a VP Sales
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to drive overall market and technical strategy.
- Devising & Implementing -Systems, Processes, and Strategies for Business Operations & Business Development, territory wise, channel wise at Organization level.
- Identify opportunities for new territories, & markets and develop and expand to new distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Develop and implement creative, effective sales programs to achieve sales revenue targets across all product and service lines
- Developing sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives
- Generating top line growth, volumes & sales of company products in the area through various sales channels in order to achieve or exceed the annual targets
- Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders
Candidate's Profile :
- Prefer someone with 15+ years of experience currently holding a pan India role
- Regular MBA from tier 1 B Schools
- Preferred from FMCG & related industries.
- The position will be reporting to the CEO
