Committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The Vice President - Sales will be a key player in our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to enhance our market presence in the wealth advisory sector. This individual will bring a wealth of experience in broking and stock markets, demonstrating a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

- Key Responsibilities:-

1. - Sales Strategy:-

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the firm's business objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wealth advisory and broking space.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall company goals.


- Also responsible for maximize revenue targets


2. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

- Set clear sales targets, provide ongoing coaching, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed goals.

- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales department.

3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to drive client acquisition in the wealth advisory and stock markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and key stakeholders.

- Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and personalized solutions.

4. Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and product/service enhancements.

5. Performance Metrics and Reporting:

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Extensive experience in sales leadership roles within the fintech, wealth advisory, and broking sectors.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the stock markets.

- In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Existing industry contacts and a well-established network in the financial services sector.

- Must have experience in broking, Mutual fund distribution and wealth domain.

- Must have 8 - 12 years of work experience in growth and development
