VP - Sales - Enterprise Products - North American Shift- 12 yrs +
We are looking for an experienced VP of Sales with proven leadership skills, successful sales track record, and solid business acumen to join the Sales Organization. You will play a key role in building a team, coaching/training, and assisting in closing deals. Reporting to GM, you will be overseeing all our sales teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Sales Development teams for mid-market and work closely with customers, product management, lead generation team, marketing and sales peers around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit the best and brightest individual contributors
- Training and coaching on an ongoing basis
- Drive best practices and sales process
- Oversee and drive the executing of the sales plan in the assigned region to meet/exceed sales goals
- Responsible for accurately tracking and forecasting the revenue
- Work closely with other Sales Managers and other functions supporting Sales.
- Run a high growth organization
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 3+ years sales management experience
- Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment
- Experience selling into global markets (particularly North American markets), not just local to India
- Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
- A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with a CRM solution, Webex Technology
- Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills
Timings: This role requires the candidate to work the North American shift.
