Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our business efforts in the copper industry. As the VP, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and supply, growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing profitability in the specified region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives, foster customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth targets in the copper products segment.

2. Financial Management: Develop and manage the regional business budget, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective measures as needed to achieve financial objectives

3. Driving Sales and Supply: Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, customer acquisition, and account management, and drive supply of copper related products to increase profitability.

4. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to expand our footprint and penetrate new markets.

5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.

6. Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and leadership to the regional business team, fostering a high-performance culture and talent development.

7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business risks, including market volatility, competitive threats, and regulatory changes, to safeguard business continuity and profitability.

8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports, performance metrics, and analysis to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of leadership and success in the copper products industry, with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the non-ferrous industry.

- Hands on experience on hedging on LME/MCX

- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices. - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

- Demonstrated experience driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer relationships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Leadership qualities, including vision, integrity, resilience, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
