- Represent Company in National & International Market

- Develop a strategy/ business plan to drive revenue & profitability

- Driving top line & bottom line of the company

- Demonstrate growth in Sales, Spares & Service business proactively

- Timely resolution of Escalated customers complaints

- Implement Marketing strategies

- Demonstrate growth in the equipment business

- Enhancing the Dealer presence and drive dealer & team performance

- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Timely response

- Effective Teambuilding with focus on systems & processes

- Establishing a process driven Organisation

- Establish Reporting/ Review Mechanisms and conduct reviews

- Business development in terms of Pitching to & Obtaining clients
