Job Description :

- Drive sales targets through branch teams to achieve productivity level and deliver both qualitative and quantitative results.

- To devise strategy in view of business targets, competition and customers's need.

- To ensure implementation of policy and process across branches and providing feedback to senior management.

- To manage collection of acquired portfolio and improving customer service continuously.

- To engage branches/unit teams in training on products, processes and compliance.
