Total Two positions. Both reporting to President of the Company.
Looking for a client of Meru who are market leaders in Cement industry.
1. One position Location - Hyderabad to take care of regions of: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra
2. Other position location is Ahmedabad: To take care of regions of Rajasthan, Gujarat, MP
Some of the responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing & implementing promotion & demand generation activities for the division.
- Formulating functional plan, short term & long term budgets & developing business plans for the achievement of organizational goals.
- Driving the new product development as per the market trends & preparing & executing the product launches
- Adherence and implementation of the commercial disciplines including costs.
- Ensuring that Sales processes and disciplines are in place and are being followed.
- Periodic review and monitoring of the achievements vis-a-vis the set targets and taking corrective action when required.
- To ensure creation of High Performance Culture in the team.
Detailed responsibility will be discussed in person with interested candidates.
