Vice President - Sales - BFSI (3-13 yrs)
1, Responsible for Sales growth of GlobalFair- Inside Sales Globally.

8.Developing and utilizing a mechanism to track and report Key Performance Indicator Data.
9.Design training structure to keep the team informed and upbeat
10. Formulating strategies for the "client servicing team" for the vertical with respect to facilitate the best possible support to clients on time.
11. Lead, mentor & monitor the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in business operations, meeting of individual & group targets.
12.Target setting for the team depending on the different areas/clients handled by individuals and devising strategy to achieve targeted sales from the territory.
13.Create an environment that sustains and encourages high performance; motivates team in optimizing their contribution levels.
