Vice President - Sales
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on target companies' financial performance, industry trends, and key events to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to prioritize target accounts and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Strategically time pitches and outreach efforts based on insights gathered from research and internal discussions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and other materials, to support outreach efforts.
- Proactively engage with prospects through various channels, including in person meetings, email, phone calls, and social media, to generate interest and schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor and analyze the movement of leads through the sales funnel, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and feedback on prospect engagement and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform targeting strategies and sales approaches
- Develop and execute the Marketing Communication plan
- Collaborate with the other Lead Team members to develop and drive the overall organisation/ team culture and live the core values of the company
- Collaborate with other Lead Team members on driving innovation, process excellence, learning & development and customer-orientation across the company
