- Complete business planning related to sales - Products, pricing and channels.
- Formulation of Business Targets, Budgets, Strategies for the business.
- Decide channel mix, performance and improvements
- Product responsibility w.r.t. promotion, trade fares,visibility etc
- Performance analysis zone wise,channel wise, product wise and measures to increase market share.
- Pricing strategy- schemes, incentives and commercial coordination.
- Monitoring team for market research, new business development, fulfillment.
- Plant coordination for order fulfillment on time.
- Supervision of invoicing and receipt within approved period.
- Strengthening of Brand in market with respect to quality and service.
- Reporting to CEO.
