Roles & Responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy Development:

i. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for PMS, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.

ii. Identify target market segments, key clients, and growth opportunities to prioritize sales efforts.

iii. Set achievable sales targets and develop plans to achieve them.

iv. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and tactics.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

i. Responsible for the identification of newer clients using your existing network, and past experiences, and building

a distribution funnel to support the revenue goals of the organization;

ii. Arranging meetings with prospective clients, distributors, and wealth managers with the management team.

iii. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

iv. Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, issues, and concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Development and Market Expansion:

i. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.

ii. Develop and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, wealth managers, and IFAsto generate referrals and leads.

iii. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Identify and Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

i. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets.

ii. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales results, trends, and forecasts to management.

iii. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making and resource allocation
