Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
2. Lead, manage and motivate a high-performing sales team
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue
4. Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new sales opportunities
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to drive efficiency and effectiveness
7. Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and resources are utilized effectively
8. Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations and providing regular feedback and coaching
9. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
10. Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management and the board of directors.
