Vice President - Sailpoint/Java/IAM - Access Management - Investment Bank

- Candidate should be more into Identity and Access Management rather than in Cyber Security.

- SailPoint exp is required, else candidate with Good Java Background (Development Side) with IAM Skills can be preferred.

- Candidate with more than 11.5+ Years of experience will be considered.

- Candidate should have experience in People Management with Team Handling.

- Candidate should be willing for IC role.

- The role will challenge you to work on various key development projects involving the following: cloud migration, REST API, Integration, site reliability engineering and lastly, data analytics.

- Experience in leading a team of engineers, working in an Agile and DevOps environment

- Strong experience working in cloud computing environments (AWS preferred)

- Expert knowledge and experience with API design and development (Java SpringBoot)

- Experience with system monitoring and logging tools (e.g. AppDynamics, Splunk, CloudWatch)

- Desirable experience with continuous integration and relevant tools, in particular using Atlassian products Bitbucket/Bamboo/Jira etc.

- Strong programming and problem-solving skills with at least one general purpose programming language, Java preferred

- Experience on coding with either RDMBS or NoSQL database/cache

- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated and able to self-manage work

- Strong troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving ability

- Experience in SailPoint, or similar Access Management tool desirable

- Experience in Ping Federate or similar product desirable.
