VP Risk and Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities :

- The ideal incumbent would have 15+ years- experience. This role is working with the Finance team and working parallel with General Counsel Team. The person will Advise on Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Finance Regulations and Compliance, Internal Control and Compliance.

- He/ she will play advisory role/ supervising how the organization will be compliant advising on Finance for internal control, laws, regulations. Working together with Finance team, Compliance Team, and Legal Team.

- Should have knowledge and experience in Statutory Finance Reporting Audit, Financial Regulations, Finance Audit, Indian Governing Accounting, Indian Laws, P.F, Gratuity, Compliance, Regulations, Firm's taxes like service tax, Transfer pricing, allocating right components like P.F, Pension, working with RBI for new regulations, Statutory Requirements. The person will be responsible for Risk and Regulatory Compliance activities for India. Also, the show knows Company Law, Corporate Law, Labour Laws.

Requirements :

- 15+ Years Experience

- CA/ Chartered Accountant

- Solid Finance Background.

- Sound knowledge of Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Finance Regulations and Compliance, Internal Control, Indian Governing Accounting, India

- Regulatory Framework, Governance Risk/ Compliance, Financial and Regulatory compliance, Corporate or Labour Law and application/Regulatory Risk/ Governance.

- Industry Preference- IT companies/ Big 4/ Open
