Vice President - Risk - NBFC

This is regarding opening with a Startup NBFC as a Vice President Risk

Designation : Vice President Risk

Product : Supply chain Finance or Medical Equipment

Experience : 10+ years of work experience in Risk management

Industry : NBFC or Financial Services only

Education : CA or MBA

Location : Mumbai/ Delhi

Job Role :

- To initiatives in technology and process automation and improvement

- To manage Risk Management function in the capacity of Vice President reporting into CRO

- To manage various aspects of Risk management like operational risk, Market Risk and Credit Risk.

- Will be responsible for portfolio monitoring of Medical Equipment and Supply chain Financing

- Develop an efficient risk culture and discipline within company India which is conducive to cope up and open to challenge

- Predicting tracking and raising triggers by following sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.

- This involves managing a team of risk managers, to assess credit risk and suggest structures & solutions for mitigating identified risks in the proposals to be put up to sanctioning authorities.

- Initiating any internal and external actions required to manage risks within defined levels at all times would also be required.

- Participate in leadership discussions to bring in the Risk perspective to business operations, customer experience, partnerships, legal, technology, and new initiatives

- Manage and develop a team of risk and credit managers
