Essential skills, experience, and qualifications:

1. 8-12 years of experience in Model Development/ Model Validation (Market Risk/ Credit Risk)

2. Quant or Risk modeling experience who able to interact with the front office

3. The candidate who can challenge the model and analyze the model

4. Stakeholder management with leadership quality

5. Someone who can validate the models

5. Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

6. SAS/R/Python experience required

7. Candidates from the investment banking/financial domain.

Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 colleges
