Vice President - Compensation & Benefits - Investment Bank
- Consults with all levels of management regarding current and future compensation needs. Assignments are received in the form of objectives.
- Time is split between management and personal consulting.
- Develops and implements compensation programs to ensure compensation requirements are met in accordance with internal policy and governmental requirements.
- Develops compensation budgets as necessary. Reviews existing and proposed compensation & benefit laws and regulations and takes or recommends corrective action.
