ACTIVITIES :
To Build and sustain key associations with Decision Makers and Influencers of Large Enterprises including Fortune 500s, Venture Capitalists, Technology organizations, etc. by understanding their office space needs, business execution and development plans.
Develop and deploy IPC/broker strategy internally and partner with leadership and Leasing and sales teams to activate transaction strategies/pursuit plans
Strategize how to address prospect needs and pitch to prospective leads
Ability to creatively structure business agreements to maximize revenue and understanding how this is related to overall business objectives.
Translate revenue strategy into business initiatives, develop operational plans and execute.
Assign team's sales targets and deliverables for revenue city leads and teams
Drive revenue incentives plans for the team members.
Monitor and review performance against deliverables of team member to derive actionable insights/solutions for business growth & development.
Plan, Implement & Drive growth strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis and industry.
Assist cross-functional teams in ideation and execution of B2B promoting thoughts, marketing ideas, strategies, and opportunities to improve offerings.
Guide improvement of media plans using media strategies to reach and new leads.
Analyse revenue data and use information to drive new improvement strategies to achieve organisational goals
Design and execute projects that drive long-term benefits and growth.
Oversee Leasing MIS Management - records related to billing, lease renewals, costing and master plans, invoices, deviation letters, understand legal notices and coordinate with concerns departments for existing & new clients
