- In this role, you will be responsible for operating each store including its profitability, growth, people and culture and ensuring that each store consistently delivers best in class experiences to all of Customers. - Will assume leadership for all store operations functions and will provide strategic vision necessary to execute aggressive store growth plan, maximize profits and increase sales in stores. Responsible for compliance with company standards. - The VP of Retail Stores will be a core member of the leadership team and work cross functionally with: People and Culture, Operations, Experience, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Real Estate teams. - Inventory Management - Ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained by all the departments through an efficient ordering system. - You will travel when necessary to Store locations nationwide for openings, theme turnovers, special events, and whenever you deem necessary to achieve your goals. - Set up operations of stores on a Pan India Level from the scratch and setup SOPs for store. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 15 Years of experience in Operations which minimum 10 years of experience in Retail operations. Should have experience in new Store openings
