Strategy Planning & Analysis
- Formulating Annual business plans & Business strategies for maximizing revenue generation, EBIDTA & other KPIs to realize organizational goals.
- Budgeting & Financial management.
Lease Management: For more than 3 million sq ft retail and office space
- Maximize revenue & achieve/maintain optimum occupancy level at the center through an effective leasing strategy to achieve the right tenant mix.
- Commercial Negotiations of all lease contracts including Renewals, Re-sizing, Churning & new Leases with retail partners with innovative structuring of transactions to gain a balance between organizational and client objectives.
- Responsible for execution of documentations related to Legal Agreements like Term Sheets, LOI, MOU, Leave & License agreement, Lease Deeds etc.
- Working closely with Inter Departments like Finance, Legal, Operation, Marketing, Facilities, Design etc. for commercial aspects of lease agreements, registration of leases, handing over for fit-outs, collections, renewals, launch etc.
Client Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with key partners at CEO, VP and director level at client organizations & liaise with IPCs, consultants, brokers etc.
- Establish rapport and understanding with the clients to ensure repeat business.
Team Management & Development
- Grooming team members and monitoring their performance to ensure efficiency in Leasing and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Setting up individual targets & appraise the candidates on performance.
