Role Objective:

Align with Retail team for vision, strategy and direction to create & cascade down appropriate processes & roadmap thus manage end to end operations for all the offline channels .

Key Responsibilities - This individual will be accountable for galvanizing a team under a common growth and operations platform, and ultimately drive improvement in operational efficiency, revenue & margin.

- Lead, develop & implement the sales strategy, monitor sales activities against goals in order to achieve the annual sales target

- Formulate strategic plan for business processes related to in-store implementation and execution across all store concepts. Develop and implement in-store programs designed around industry practices to increase efficiency in operations and Brand excellence

- Take charge of each stores/ SIS P&L and maximize profitability by driving sales, minimize operating costs through effective management of systems and information.

- Create the yearly budget (stores' revenue and operating expenses forecasting).

- Oversee the systems, internal controls and procedures. Ensure all policies and procedures are complied with particularly in respect to Cash and Stock Management as well as Store/Stock Security.

- Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the marketplace, competitors and trends

- Formulate process to manage all channel partners and explore further business development opportunities

- Work with the Merchandising Team to put together viable Buy Plans based on historical sales trends and market needs.

- In coordination with Product Development & Merchandising and Sourcing-Production Department, maintain in-store adequate products offer

- Develop a true - Customer-Oriented- culture at the store level.

- Monitor on-going compliance and performance through staff and customer feedback.

Candidature

- An MBA in Marketing/Operations or a relevant subject is must .

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a strong track record of handling operations in the retail, luxury or lifestyle industry, preferably within Apparel and Accessories

- Should be Results driven and performances oriented

- Must have ability to continuously re-prioritize & adapt to change

- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights & propose relevant recommendations.

- Driven leader who approaches things with a sense of urgency.

- Able to handle ambiguity with grace.
