To deliver a Reporting Strategy and manage the Reporting operations to maximize the value of the data available across the department, providing actionable insights to drive informed strategic decision making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Work with stakeholders to identify, define and communicate requirements, issues, concerns and strategy - Drive centralized reporting strategy (both functional and technical) across multiple teams in various locations - Lead and manage a team of people in various locations to execute on the reporting strategy as well as operational requirements - Driving Analytics - Descriptive to Prescriptive across the SVM department - Derive and communicate meaningful, actionable insights from data. This includes the ability to identify trends, variances and opportunities appropriate metrics - Deliver continuous service improvement in delivering the Reporting Strategy and improving operational efficiencies KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS - Strong experience in stakeholder management, project management and business analysis - Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills - Strong experience in Alteryx, SQL and proficiency of Tableau, Power BI or an equivalent tool - Previous experience of PeopleSoft and/or Coupa (will be preferred) - Strong presentation skills including proficiency of PowerPoint and other such tools - Demonstrated ability to manage ongoing ad hoc requests, queries and escalations - Strong customer service focus and attention to detail and deadlines - Ability to work in a virtual global team and manage cross-border relationships effectively - Demonstrated ability in identifying and delivering service improvements QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE - Proven experience in delivering a reporting strategy and building the subsequent platforms - Proven experience in building and leading a team in an equivalent role at a large multi-national - Applicable Technical Qualifications / Skills - Experience working within a Sourcing & Vendor Management / Procurement and/or Finance department (desirable)
