Presently, the firm manages assets under servicing worth USD 3.7 billion.

Our clearing business has executed on an avg 13.2 lac trades per day, with 4.73 lac crores notional value trades.

Company has a team of overall 90 employees, our Head Office is located in Mumbai (offices location Prabhadevi and Worli), and additional offices in GIFT city.

Our robust presence in GIFT city sets us apart, as one of the pioneering companies with a dedicated team, holding an ancillary service license. This license enables us to offer comprehensive fund administration services encompassing investor onboarding, Fund Accounting, Structuring, Compliance, and advisory on set-ups. We take pride in being the largest GIFT City Administrator, managing substantial assets through GIFT City, and being among the initial recipients of Ancillary Services.

Additionally, Company is in the process of setting up an office in Dubai, further expanding our global footprint.

Summary: The role of Relationship Manager will provide them with the opportunity to be part of the growth and development of Private Equity client coverage in the region. It will play a key role in managing and developing productive relationships with our target clients.

The key responsibilities are:

- As a relationship manager he/she will be responsible for the full PE client relationships.

- Proactively initiate client meetings and follow up on business opportunities and client queries with the relevant teams.

- He/ She will be one point of contact for all Private equities and will know in detail how to navigate with different financial group and find synergies for business opportunity within group.

- Map out new clients / opportunities and cooperate closely with various teams.

- Keep detailed overviews of client business.

- Prepare marketing pitches, proposals etc

- Coordinate and take the lead with internal stakeholders in order to meet strategy and revenue targets.

- This position will provide the employee with an excellent learning experience within a challenging environment.

Require Candidate profile.

- Qualification - CA or MBA from a reputable institute

- Must have 12 + years of sales experience.

- Ability to provide efficient solutions and meet timelines.

- Ability to understand regulations of various jurisdictions.

- Should have good communication skills and ability to work in teams.

- Should have an affable personality, especially while liaising with counter parties.
