Vice President - Regulatory Reporting/MIS - BFSI

Role is to perform activities related to Develop and Manage the Regulatory Reporting MIS and Dashboards.

Key Accountabilities:

- Managing Design, development of Regulatory reports and ensure timely reporting to necessary stakeholders.

- Understand the feeds coming from various sources and create the strategy for extraction and mining of data from various sources to creating a regulatory reporting Framework.

- Preparation of all reports and Analytics and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

- Working with BIU and other stakeholders to develop the framework for regulatory reporting.

- Performing data reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting

- Ensure necessary documentation is in place covering all the processes.

- Manages the optimum use of resources.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

- Experience in MIS and regulatory reporting within Banking Sector. Good Accounting knowledge with relevant experience in reconciliation and data sourcing and analytics.

- Ability to multitask under pressure, ensure timely reporting while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality.

- Ability to manage a team and stakeholkders.

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to work with various stakeholders, define and manage expectations

- Ability to inspire others and communicate the architectural vision clearly to both Exec level stakeholders and technologists working through the detail.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to produce technical documents.
