Vice President - Regulatory Compliance Transformation - Project Management - Investment Banking

Regulatory Compliance Transformation (RCT) are the central project management team that deliver large scale global Transformation projects for the Regulatory Compliance (RC) organisation.

The jobholder will adopt the Group Compliance Policy by escalating any identified compliance risk in liaison with, Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer. The term - compliance- embraces all relevant financial services laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply.

Project Management Framework (BTF)

Group Standard Business Case

Transformation tools like Clarity, Open WorkBench and JIRA

Risk functions Agile working practice.

Experience

- Prior experience of 9 to 11 years, post qualification

- Domain experience of regulatory compliance

- Strong understanding of Agile Change delivery principles and able to execute using Agile techniques

- Detailed understanding of change management methodology, associated objectives and experience of the full change lifecycle

- Transformation tools like Clarity, Open WorkBench and JIRA

- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills

- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability

- Proven ability to work across regions & with stake holders

- Evidence of ability to make key strategic decisions

- People management and leadership experience

Qualifications and Accreditations

- Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)-Optional

- Certified Scrum Master -Optional

- Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field - Optional
