Job Description :

Job Title : Position Reporting SME

Location : Bangalore

Your key responsibilities :

- Provide advisory support to the global team on all projects undertaken

- Support all change requirements within Position Reporting Group

- Working closely with regional PRG teams and Compliance Information Technology (IT) and acting as Product Owner for various work items as part of the position reporting system replacement programme and in general any BAU change / innovation projects

- Writing / reviewing Business Requirements Documents to ensure all requirements are aptly communicated to CIT teams.

- Raising issues / Supporting regional PRG teams in raising issues, enhancement and change requests to Compliance IT

- Liaising with the Business to understand booking and trade flows and complex products traded and what the data attributes received from the feed providers mean from a position reporting point of view

- Supporting the project by conducting various UATs

- Performing various data analysis to check completeness and accuracy of data

Your skills and experience :

- 3-5yrs of previous Position Reporting (shareholder disclosures, disclosure of interest) experience

- Strong financial instrument product knowledge (focusing on equities and equity linked derivatives)

- Understanding of investment banking, private banking and asset management business

- Previous involvement in enhancing systems or building new systems to meet complex reporting requirements, including experience in drafting Business Requirements, reviewing Functional Specifications, participation in User Acceptance Testing and post-implementation reviews

- Strong analytical, workflow and data interpretation skills

- Strong stakeholder management
