Vice President - Regulatory Compliance - BFS

- From a local perspective, partner with our support group functions that deal with a wide range of activity from the Gurugram office. Key regulatory aspects of the role include operations resilience, cyber security, data management, NPA, client money regime and regulatory reporting. You will also be responsible for delivery of Compliance training (in particular, Compliance induction training) of all staff in the Gurugram office.

From a global perspective, assist the Support Group Compliance team to build its capabilities via such activities as :

- Development of a global training program

- Designing and administering a system to track the global approvals process and handling of new business proposals

- Designing and administering desk-based compliance controls

- Locating, analysing and presenting data relevant to risk and controls assessments

- Managing global incident recording and closure

- Managing global team record keeping and action closure

- For your local tasks (approximately half your time) you will report to the Asia Support Group Compliance lead, based in Singapore. For your global tasks you will work closely with the global head of Support Group Compliance, based in Sydney.

- You will have effective interpersonal skills, the ability to develop relationships across various business stakeholders, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to proactively identity and analyse problems and propose viable solutions.
