Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performing Quality Assurance checks for processes in scope
- Resolving QA related queries
- Ensure teams adherence to the QA testing program
- Prioritize and manage project requests in conjunction with BAU requests
- Display an appreciation of control, quality and risk related issues. Ensure existent controls are followed by team
- Interact and communicate with the Operations team on improving the process and it's standards as well as manage their expectations
- Provide Monthly Performance Metrics
- Assist in projects on data interfaces between systems such as defining project scope, data requirements and sources/resources
- Ensure updating of SOPs/Job Aids
- Participate in special projects revolving around data clean-ups, process improvement analysis and reporting to plan & estimate efforts during analysis & requirements gathering phase
- Convert business problem statements into cost effective, scalable, reliable & user friendly solutions
- Highlighting discrepancies in processing data to ensure consistency between global locations
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in financial services or related industries with preferably in and Reference Data Management
- Experience in Quality Assurance functions
- Strong knowledge in reference data management
- Experience with digital solutions such as Alteryx, UIPath, Tableau, Collibra
