Vice President - Real Estate Finance/Lending - NBFC

Our client is a NBFC focussed on Real Estate Lending. We are looking for a Business Development professional for RE lending with the following broad responsibilities :

1] Source RE transactions in line with Company's risk appetite

2] Analyse a real estate project from debt financing perspective with understanding of RE accounting and project cash flows

3] Do a preliminary analysis of the RE project, prepare IM ( should have financial modelling knowledge)

4] To evaluate various approvals and milestones for the project

5] Liaison with technical/legal teams

6] Assess micro markets and sale velocity of the RE project

7] Site visits

8] Present the case to the management committee and credit committee for approval

9] Participate in Deal Closing Process

10] Participate in execution of Legal Agreements jointly with legal head

11] Monitor the progress and conduct periodic reviews

12] Look after end-to-end relationship management across project life cycle.
