Vice President - R&D Engineering - IT

Overall Experience range of 20- 30years where you have 10+ years of leading engineering teams at B2B enterprise SaaS companies and a graduate degree in Computer Science.

We are looking to hire a VP of Engineering to join our executive leadership team at an exciting and ground breaking enterprise SaaS company. Enterprise Application with BFSI, Leasing & Lending Domain MUST.

The position will directly report into the CEO.

- As the VP of Engineering, you will lead a global engineering organization, and impact how we architect, design, and develop our products. The ideal candidate will have an intimate understanding of building simple and elegant enterprise software products that solve a real problem.

- Help set the company's technology strategy and roadmap, represent engineering in the company executive leadership team, initiate and debate key strategic topics and opportunities from your team's work, and drive high-impact decisions.

- Inspire and lead your team to build high quality, exceptional Enterprise SaaS products, which are easy to use, easy to configure, and faster to deploy.

- Manage the company's engineering organization and assure its success by setting clear expectations and development plans, providing regular feedback, and coaching as needed. Instill team culture that is innovative, passionate, and collaborative.

- Mentor engineering leaders to help develop diverse skills that span AI, machine learning, data engineering, and analytics.

- Lead strong partnerships with Product Management, Customer Success, and Cloud teams.
