Job Description :

- Spear-heading the Target Zero Defect program for the corporation at a global level. Developing practices to manage PMO and quality function objectives of Service Delivery, Project Management, Finance Management, Contract, Relationship Management and Technology Management adopting CMMI/COPC/ISO 9001/ISO 20K/ITIL/Six Sigma/Lean etc.

- Articulating and deploying Process and Product Quality assurance strategy of the organisation across the business unit and ensure Customer satisfaction through high quality Delivery on time and Enable the Business Unit to improve its Revenue, Operating Margins and Customer Satisfaction.

- Responsible for transforming the disparate QA organization into Enterprise QA shared services with focus on agility, cost saving, standardization and process improvement.

- Conducting trainings in various areas. These include trainings on CMM/CMMI Overview, Project Management, Software Metrics, Peer Reviews, Configuration Management, Statistical Process Control, Risk Management.

- Mentoring and coaching respective Delivery Quality Assurance Leads and empowering them to achieve their BU targets. Providing guidance and executive governance to projects, programs and portfolios from IT and strategic initiatives areas

- Conducting independent delivery reviews, and raising Proactive Delivery Alerts to avoid customer escalations (by timely alerting the management for required intervention).

- Understanding strategic account needs, and designing improvements related to Customer Value Add, and delivering the same to demonstrate - hard saving- to the customer.

- Achieving Business excellence through best practices prescribed by CMMI and translate them into value added outputs to ensure business objectives are well served.
