VP - Project Manager (Trade Operations)
Our client, a global financial institution with a sizeable Investment Banking Operations division in India, supporting their global footprint are actively looking at hiring Vice President - Project Manager (Operations).
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Lead stakeholder engagements and work streams related to the specific program or portfolio.
- Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members.
- Develop program strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
- Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against operational plan.
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking with proven experience as a Program Manager.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall).
- Has sound understanding of financials products, Trade lifecycle and asset classes.
- Excellent Communication, Organization and Documentation Skills.
- PMP/Six sigma/prince 2 or any other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
