Vice President - Project Manager/Business Analyst - Banking

We are hiring candidate for the role of Vice President-Project Manager/Business Analyst for Bangalore and Hyderabad Location.

We are only hiring female candidates for this role.

Commercial Banking experience is mandatory.

PFB JD for the same:

- Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimises the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk. Develops the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality

- Ensures the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are managed as outlined in Business Transformation Frameworks. Identifies and intervenes where there is slippage and variance from plan

- Plans and analyses costs, tracking operating and capital spend, and tracks reporting to financial business case commitments

- Defines requirements management processes and designs detailed business solutions and structures based on business requirements; challenges business intent in a constructive manner

- Identifies areas of impact on the target operating model and designs activities to mitigate impact

- Manages requirements traceability through design and delivery
