Vice President - Project Management - Oracle General Ledger Implementation - BFSI

We have an excellent opportunity for a project manager with a strong back ground supporting system based projects and change.

- Ledger replacement program

- Initial responsibility for this role is change management for Ledger replacement program

- Liaise with various finance teams to gather requirements of new ledger for submission to development teams

- Partner with core project team to successfully complete various deliverables under ledger replacement program

- Partner with finance teams for design, conversion & UAT testing, impact assessment

- Communicate the progress of the project and major changes to the wider groups

- Identify opportunities to automate current process, build automated reports, enhance controls in ledger to avoid manual intervention

- Share best practices on ledger process followed by the peers in the industry and to include the same at design stage of the project

 Experience Required: 

- CA preferred. Alternately, B.Com with CPA / ICWA/ MBA Finance.

- Peer bank experience essential with good background & understanding of BFSI/Investment Banking Operations in India

- Comfortable in working with virtual teams spread across the globe

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2 certification desirable.
