Job Description - As the Vice President - Project Management, you will be reporting to the Head of Corporate Real Estate and will be responsible for:

- Managing and leading the projects for all the entities of the bank including but not limited to the Bank branches, Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and Shared Service set-ups across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh

- Stakeholder Management - Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to all stake holders

- Vendor Management

- Heading the Commercial Real Estate - Project Management team

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a Civil Engineer / Architect / Construction graduate with a total of 15 plus years of Project Management experience in Commercial Real Estate primarily in the Banking sector.

- You will have a hands on leadership style and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
