Vice President - Program Manager - Regulatory Transformation

- Deliver large-scale global Transformation projects

- Working with Compliance functions and the Business to implement solutions, engaging stakeholders on a Global, regional and Business Line model

- Will lead the global Transformation Team

- Manages major transformation, comprising multiple delivery programs, which deliver and support the Group strategy, values and behaviors.

- Ensure alignment with companies Agile change management methodology

- Demonstrate effective financial skills to manage headcount costs versus plan and ensuring programmes and projects under management are delivered to budget.

- Often acts as an expert across multiple projects or programs simultaneously

- Leads responsibilities, objectives and task allocations for a large project or program
