About the team:

The Change Management team is responsible for implementing cross divisional change in the form of new business setup, cost optimization, Business Analysis, Enterprise wide program / project management, regulatory initiatives. Team is responsible for running global change management programs in the area of Global Markets, Operations, Finance, IT, Risk and Regulatory.

India Global Markets CMT (Change Management Team) is involved in supporting Global Market steam in implementing various change and regulatory initiatives. Team is responsible for providing consulting, business analysis, testing and project management capabilities on Global Projects such as Front Office Supervision, NFPS roll out, MiFiD II, New entity set ups etc.

Job Description:

Experienced Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in the BFSI space. The roles and responsibilities will include the following:-

1. Delivery of Change Programs - Develop, administer, and execute global programs

2. Client Focus - Able to focus on the clients and help to improve product, service and program business processes.

3. Strategic thinking and planning to enable change in the required areas as per the need and priority.

4. Industry Knowledge - Bring in industry to identify changes in a proactive manner, bringing in best practices of processes/systems/products

5. Stakeholder management - Manage and work with multiple stakeholders and clients

6. Resourcing and Budgeting - Provide annual resource and budget plans and regular updates to the company's senior management team

7. Solution Provider - Assist our various business stakeholders with their tactical/ strategic solution requirements, services and/ or program.

8. Team Management and Supervisory role - Serve in a direct supervisory role, providing feedback, instruction, and discipline for staff under supervision

9. Influence and collaborate with other divisions within the firm like Front Office, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR and others to identify and maximize opportunities that help in delivery of programs.

10. Reporting - Prepare various reports as required for the various stakeholders
