Tenure :

12-15 years of overall experience with at least 5-8 years of having worked directly with the Chairman/ CEO's Office or must have held the position of a Senior Engagement Manager/ Principal (or equivalent) in top tier consulting firms. Consistently been rated high performer.

Content Areas :

- Worked across diverse functions as a program/project manager including but not limited to strategy but also project execution (particularly growth or business improvement projects).

Industries :

- Experience of working in a professionally managed large Industry is an added advantage. Additionally, exposure to International set-ups will be an advantage.

Roles :

- Independently led projects and handled key clients (both Internal and External)

Educational Background :

- Masters or MBA from a top tier institute

- Strong academic background (grades, institutions)
