Vice President - Product - Online Foreign Exchange Marketplace

Job Summary :

As VP of Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and defining the product roadmap for multiple products across the organization. You must be a design and data geek that loves working in a dynamic fast growing environment. You must be comfortable owning products in their entirety and working closely with engineering, business and design teams to deliver products that drive meaningful business results

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Drive product vision, create and prioritize the product roadmap. Ideate, brainstorm and conceptualize new product ideas that can directly impact the overall organization's bottom line

2. Understand the ins and outs of the business and identify key problem statements. Carry out in-depth research, user interviews, market analysis and competitor analysis to identify gaps

3. Create PRDs (Product requirement documents) that can easily be understood and actioned upon by the engineering and design teams

4. Create well defined user journeys. Create wireframes and mockups to define overall UX, which can then be actioned upon by the design team

5. Define and measure key performance metrics to define success of all initiatives. Constantly find ways to optimize the success of key metrics and overall product

6. Hire and groom a team of associate product managers and analysts

7. Track overall project progress and manage all related stakeholders

8. Execute various experiments after defining the hypothesis and success criteria

9. Relentlessly drive product adoption within internal teams and staff

10. Work closely with the founders and the marketing team to drive growth
