We are looking for a Product Leader who will lead a team of Product Managers. This is both direct team leadership and cross-functional leadership role where you will lead your own reporting team and also influence senior stakeholders across teams such as engineering, design, marketing, operations, etc to bring a new product to life.

Responsibilities :
- Independently set the product vision and strategy for multiple large, ambiguous product areas with measurable outcomes
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative problem solving is the norm
- Do what it takes to ship products incrementally and improve through customer feedback.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Support product leaders and their engineering teams to ensure their success
- Mentor and coach product managers and progress their careers
- Evangelism for technologies and products, internally and externally
Qualifications :
- 6-9 years of product management experience with 2+ years of mentoring product managers
- Experience in a consumer internet/e-commerce, and platform products
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Technical skills to understand complexity without developer inputs and work with developers to make the right trade-offs
- Experience in operational aspects of the product including ability to develop and implement human in the loop processes where technology cannot scale immediately
- Strong communication skills and ability to refine messages based on the audience
- Track record of launching multiple products with high velocity
